Adv. IPS Kohli

B.A., LLB (Hons.)

Our founding partner – Adv. IPS Kohli is a law graduate, pass out of 2000-2005 batch from Law Department, Mahahrashi Dayanand University, Rohtak Haryana, a member of HCBA, Chandigarh having experience of 14 years. He specializes in criminal laws and family laws, especially cases related to custody of child & right to maintenance. He is regularly appearing before Supreme Court, High Courts, NRI Commission and has specialised knowledge and experience in all aspects of family law matters including Divorce, Property Settlement, Finalisation of Family Law settlements including Financial Agreements, Parenting issues and child support, domestic violence matters and spousal maintenance.

IPS Kohli has had significant experience as an advocate in family law courts. However, his focus is always on resolution of the dispute, no matter how simple or complex the dispute may be. He has a thorough and straightforward approach while dealing with cases and is a strong and persuasive advocate with extensive experience in most courts throughout the country right from the Lower Courts to Apex Court.

Adv. M.S Kohli

B.Sc, LLB

Our Mentor - Adv. M.S KOHLI was enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh in 1976. He subsequently joined Govt. service in 1977 and retired as Registrar, Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh in May 2015. Thereafter, he joined the BAR in 2015 with sufficient experience by now in handling cases of complex nature right up to Apex Court. We are proud to have him as a trained mediator who is able to offer mediation services for all types of family disputes, both at pre and post litigation stage. He is a trained mediator as per international standards.

Another specialised field of Mr. Kohli, in which he has achieved expertise, pertains to departmental enquiries and disciplinary proceedings against employees. Having acted as enquiry officer in several departmental enquiries, he is well versed with Punishment Appeal Rules as also with Government Employees Conduct Rules and has successfully defended many such cases.

Adv. Sumati Jund

Sumati graduated from Panjab University, Chandigarh with Bachelors of Arts, Bachelors of Law with top honors. It was followed by degree in masters of law (LLM). She successfully completed three-year tenure as a legal researcher, while posted with one of the Hon’ble Judge of Pb. & Hr. High Court, Chandigarh. Besides being an ace legal researcher, she has given many presentations on legal matters, especially concerning the resolution of family and matrimonial disputes. Her drafting skills are of highest order and usually receive commendations.

Adv. Sarabjit Singh

Sarabjit Singh is an asset to the firm for last 8 years. His approach to litigation is remarkably sharp, which has earned him well desired niche of a hard-working and dedicated lawyer with a difference. His vast experience of handling cases in the lower courts, has always enhanced further the reputation of the firm. Adv. Dhruv Khanna

Dhruv holds a graduate as well as masters degree in law. His never say die spirit got the firm many laurels. This youngest addition to our team is an inspirational lawyer who has been helping the clients resolve their complex disputes. A Master’s degree holder, Dhruv resolves disputes collabora-tively where possible, but is a fierce champion for clients’ rights whenever the intervention of the Court is required.

Gaurav has been associated with the team since 2009. He holds the degree of Bachelor in Commerce and Bachelor in Law from Panjab University, Chandigarh.
